ACCREDITED ESM PRACTITIONER PROGRAMME: This programme, accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS) comprises:
- A highly engaging, two-day course that empowers managers to deliver consistent, defensible customer service standards across complex organisations
- The ESM Practitioner Exam, Certificate and Digital Badge
- An e-copy of ‘The Journey to Service Excellence’
- The ESM Practitioner ‘Key Elements’ handout
The programme can be run in an onsite classroom at your location or be delivered virtually to delegates anywhere in the world.
Ideal delegate numbers range from 8-12, striking a harmonious balance between an exceptional training experience for a modest investment.
Certification is based on both the result of the exam, which is taken at the end of the course, and an on-course assessment mark given by the trainer. Delegates can achieve three grades of success, Pass, Merit and Distinction. All successful delegates receive a pdf Certificate of Achievement and a Digital Badge to recognise and encourage them to promote their achievement.
